Manali-Leh highway in Himachal Pradesh`s Lahaul-Spiti district blocked after boulders roll down

Boulders came down near Killing Sarai in Lahaul valley, blocking the Manali-Leh national highway-3, said State Disaster Management Director Sudesh Kumar Mokhta.
